If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or black rain is hoisted at the Observatory at 8:00 am on the day of the class, the class will be cancelled that day. The tutor will contact the student to reschedule the class date.

Teacher courses Most of the courses are conducted in a one-on-one format, with only one class per day and no fixed timetable. If students are interested in the course, they can contact the instructor through whatsapp to make an appointment. As long as the selected date has not been reserved by other students, the class can be started. Appointments are subject to full tuition payment. When the tuition fee is received, the instructor will issue a receipt to the student. Students will receive a text message from the instructor the day before class.
