由於部分課程須要提早向海外協會訂購工具套裝及遞交證書費用，所以一經報名，不設退款安排，煩請體諒。報名前請了解清楚內容。
工作室大部分情況下，每天只有一課，每課只有一名學生。除極端天氣情況或患病，學員會有一次更改上課時間的權利。若無故缺席，或上課當天要求改期，或被收取附加費。重新安排上課日期須與導師協商。
